Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.

Who is responsible for your data
AIflixhub operates this website and decides how the personal data described below is used.
For any privacy question or request — including the rights listed further down — use our contact form and we will respond.
What we collect
When you create an account: your username, email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash — we never hold the password itself and cannot recover it.
Automatically, when you use the site: your IP address, which we record against your account, and the dates you registered and last signed in. We also record your IP if you subscribe to updates without registering.
When you buy credits or a plan: the amount, the date, and the customer and session identifiers issued by our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number. Card details go directly to Stripe.
What you create in the studio: the scripts, prompts, character descriptions, images, audio and films you generate, together with the settings you chose.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary — without it the site cannot tell one visitor from another.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets its own cookies and shares your IP address and browsing activity on this site with Google.
You can refuse analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings, or by using a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking them does not affect your use of the site.
Who else receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services needed to run AIflixhub:
- AI model providers — the prompts, images and audio you submit are sent to the provider running the model you picked, so it can produce the result. Those currently include fal.ai, OpenRouter, Black Forest Labs and Google. Each has its own privacy terms. Do not put personal or confidential information into a prompt.
- Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions and invoices.
- Google — analytics, and the web fonts the site loads, which means Google receives your IP address on every page.
- Cloudflare — serves and protects the site, so it processes all traffic to it, and also hosts some of the JavaScript libraries we use.
- unpkg — hosts some JavaScript libraries, and therefore receives your IP address when those load.
How long we keep it
Account data and the work you create are kept for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. If you delete your account we remove your personal details; films you chose to publish may remain visible unless you ask us to take them down.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
You can delete your account yourself from your account page, or reach us through the contact form and we will act on any of the rights above.
International transfers
Some of the services above are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that is so, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
AIflixhub is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
